Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use cindyalexis.com or its pages, register for or attend Tuesday Tech Day or another session, or book a service from Cindy Alexis ("I," "me," or "my"). By registering or using these pages, you agree to these terms.

1. Free Sessions

Tuesday Tech Day and other free sessions are educational. They share general information and examples, not advice tailored to your full business. Registration does not guarantee that your problem will be selected for the live help session. I choose problems at my discretion based on time, fit, and what is most useful to the group.

2. Live Help and Screen Sharing

When we work on your problem together:

  • You stay in control of your accounts. You make any changes yourself, or approve them before they are made.
  • You protect your own information. Close anything sensitive before sharing your screen. I will never ask for your passwords.
  • Back up first. Have a backup of anything important before changing settings, automations, pages, or integrations.
  • Results vary. Some problems can be fixed in the time available. Others need more work, and you may leave with next steps rather than a full fix.

Other participants can see and hear what is shared in the private session. Please treat what others share as confidential.

3. Paid Services

Paid working sessions and projects are governed by the terms shown at booking or in a separate written agreement, including price, scope, scheduling, and refunds. If those terms conflict with these, the booking terms or written agreement control.

4. Conduct

Please be respectful in all sessions and chats. I may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or uses a session to promote unrelated offers.

5. My Content

My presentations, materials, checklists, and website content belong to me. You are welcome to use them for your own business. Please do not copy, resell, or republish them without my written permission. You may share links to my public livestreams.

6. Third-Party Tools

Sessions often involve tools I don't own or control, such as GoHighLevel, Zoom, Stripe, and website platforms. Their features, pricing, and terms can change at any time, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. No Guarantees

My sessions, content, and services are provided "as is." I do not guarantee any particular result, including registrations, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted operation of any system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits, arising from free sessions, my content, or changes you make to your systems. For paid services, my total liability will not exceed the amount you paid me for the service involved.

9. Your Responsibility

You agree to hold me harmless from claims arising from your use of my content or sessions, your own systems and accounts, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the Effective Date above.
